Request account deletion

Submit a request

If you have an AYRAVA account, email contact@ayrava-app.com from the address linked to it with the subject “AYRAVA account deletion request”.

Useful information

State that you want to delete the account and its associated data. If you no longer have access to your sign-in address, mention it so another verification method can be considered. Never send passwords or sign-in codes.

Verification and processing

The request will be reviewed to verify the account concerned. Sending an email does not instantly erase data. Deletion scope, any retention obligations and backup processing must be specified in the app privacy policy.

Any subscription

Account deletion and subscription management are separate steps. If you subscribe, also check its management in the store where you subscribed.

The app is in preparation. This page provides a request channel; it does not certify automated deletion or the compliance of the app’s retention policy.
